ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu is not only for travelers, but also for people looking for a place to meet—whether for business or casual hangouts—especially young professionals and urban residents. Its strategic location makes it easy to access via various public transport options such as the MRT, LRT, TransJakarta, and commuter trains.

Erastus Radjimin, CEO of ARTOTEL Group, said:
“This hotel is a major milestone for us. We are proud to work with MRT Jakarta to offer comfortable accommodation that’s easy to reach. We believe this hotel will become a popular meeting spot for people in and around Jakarta. It offers more than just a place to stay—guests enjoy free amenities like an iron, hair dryer, welcome mini bar, coffee machine, and rooms with stunning city views.”

The hotel highlights contemporary art and features works by popular young Indonesian artist Kris Sutardjo (Irsky). Inspired by 1980s architecture, his art brings vibrant colors and creative designs to areas like the lobby, rooftop bar, and guest rooms, with the theme “Rendezvous,” representing a place where people gather.

MRT Jakarta CEO Tuhiyat added:
“This hotel is part of the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) in Dukuh Atas, supporting a connected and inclusive urban lifestyle. We hope ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu helps meet the needs of busy urban residents looking for a safe, modern, and accessible place.”

Ferdiansyah Roestam, CEO of ITJ, said:
“This project is more than just a building. It's about creating a sustainable, innovative, and well-designed urban space. We hope ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu grows to become a comfortable and iconic place for people on the move.”

To celebrate the opening, ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu offers a special promo starting from Rp 950,000 per night, including breakfast for two. For bookings and more info, visit artotelsimpangtemu.com.
