What's New Bali team recently enjoyed a lavish 2-day, 1-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Located in the heart of Seminyak, the hotel welcomed us with a warm ambiance and immediate access to the area's bustling clubs, pristine beaches, and shopping hotspots. An Awe-Inspiring Getaway at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak
Day 1: Rooftop Dining and Deluxe Poolside Accommodations
Our adventure started with a seamless check-in at the hotel, leading straight to a delightful lunch at Above Rooftop Lounge & Bar. Located on the sixth floor, this open-air venue offers panoramic views of Seminyak and the surrounding ocean. We chose from a range of seating options, including comfortable lounge sofas and an alfresco terrace, while exploring a menu rich in Asian-fusion and Western classics. The Truffle Fries were a perfect side dish to complement our hearty Double Cheeseburger, featuring Australian beef patties, and a portion of traditional Fish & Chips. The ocean view and cool breeze made our lunch session even more enjoyable.
After lunch, we checked into our Deluxe Pool Access room, which was both spacious and elegantly designed. With a private balcony granting direct access to the outdoor pool, a separate rain shower and bathtub, and a plush king-size bed, the room was a retreat in itself. High-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary bottled water were nice touches, making it easy to stay connected while relaxing in comfort.
In the evening, we returned to Above Rooftop Lounge & Bar to experience their Sundowner Paradise, a daily complimentary program for guests who stay in premium room categories of Four Points Seminyak; namely Deluxe Pool Access, Junior Suite, dan Vasanti Suite. This complimentary event included stunning sunset views. Guest can also indulge in free flow Best Brews—the Four Point’s iconic beer, sweet and savory light bites, coffee, tea and healthy ‘jamu’ concotion during this program. It was the perfect prelude to our dinner, which included Indonesian favorites like Babi Kecap and Crispy Pork Belly, served with hot white rice. The food was delectable, and the ambiance was enhanced by the setting sun over the ocean, creating a truly magical evening.
Day 2: Breakfast with a View and a Rejuvenating Spa Session
Our second day began with an elevated breakfast at Above Rooftop Lounge & Bar. The expansive menu featured a variety of options, from Western staples to traditional Indonesian dishes. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views as we started our day with a delicious meal. After breakfast, we explored the hotel's additional facilities, including a compact-sized gym, a multi-function garden, and a fully equipped conference room, perfect for business or leisure activities. Following our exploration, we checked out but made one last stop at the resort’s Spa and Wellness venue for a 60-minute massage. We tried two different treatments—the Balinese Massage and the Asian Nirvana Massage. Both were deeply rooted in ancient Asian healing techniques and effectively relieved muscle tension and strain. The therapists' skill and attentiveness made the experience truly rejuvenating, a perfect ending to our brief but indulgent stay.
