From succulent meats and fresh seafood to vibrant salads and delectable desserts, there is something to satisfy every palate.

Precise Appetizers

Our pleasing feast began with an exquisite selection of appetizers, each dish offering a unique burst of flavors. The selections of fresh baked breads were soft, succulent, and delicious. The salmon pastrami with citrus crème fraîche and sesame lavosh provided a seafood-based goodness with a creamy sauce. The whipped duck rillettes with garden herbs and toasted ciabatta were flavorful and savory. The wild mushrooms on toasted brioche with parmesan and parsley were delicious. The red wine poached eggs with duck ham and kemangi hollandaise offered a savory taste with a hint of bitterness, creating an exquisite flavor profile.

If the appetizers were the perfect starters, the main courses of Mozaic's Sunday Brunch were a triumphant celebration of flavors, each dish highlighting the art of open-fire cooking. The charred snapper provided seafood goodness, while the pork belly was soft and juicy with crispy skin, accompanied by a flavorful Babi Guling Demi Glace. The roasted peri peri chicken was scrumptious with a hint of spicy, sour, and salty, offering a unique and tantalizing taste. The slow-cooked lamb was tender and flavorful. The roasted root vegetables with bell pepper dressing and romesco dirt were unique and perfectly blackened with bell pepper flavor, offering a distinctive combination. The charred kale salad with spiced almonds and fermented lemon dressing provided fresh veggie goodness.

Decadent Desserts

The dessert selection was a sweet finale to an extraordinary meal. The mango sorbet, served in a tall cocktail glass, provided a refreshing fruity end to the feast. The raspberry delice, 7 spices breton biscuit, and chocolate curry parfait with banana saffron purée were served on one plate, with the parfait in a playful popsicle style. Each element, from the tartness of the raspberries to the subtle spices in the biscuit, was carefully balanced to create a perfect end to the meal.
