Kick off your summer in style with an unforgettable three-day grilling extravaganza, featuring the culinary expertise of Chef Mark LaBrooy from The Boathouse Group Australia only at W Bali - Seminyak.

This exclusive event will be held from 21 to 23 June 2024, promising to delight your senses with mouth-watering feasts of freshly caught seafood and premium meats, expertly prepared by the renowned chef.

 

 

This exceptional collaboration will kick off on Friday, 21 June 2024, from 5:30 PM onwards, with our new program at Fire Restaurant – ‘Fridays on Fire’, hosted by Chef Mark LaBrooy himself, presenting premium meats freshly grilled using charcoal right by your table – with wine pairing available. Prices start from IDR 1,100,000++ per person.

 

 

On the following day, Saturday, 22 June 2024, from 5:30 PM onwards, we continue grilling all the freshly caught fish and seafood. All the fresh fish will be caught by Chef Mark LaBrooy in the morning and will be served during our ‘Sunset Grill’ at the WET Sand. Prices start from IDR 1,100,000++ per person.

 

 

To wrap it up, Bali’s best Sunday brunch will be completed with a specially curated pop-up featuring a live cooking station by Chef Mark, presenting creations using the freshest ingredients. This limited edition Sunday brunch will be held on Sunday, 23 June 2024, from 12 PM to 3:30 PM. Prices start from IDR 1,100,000++ per person with alcoholic beverage and champagne packages available.

 

 

Mark LaBrooy is something of a Swiss Army Knife, combining love for the outdoors with a passion for cooking. A forager, free diver, spear fisherman, and hunter, he finds himself right at the source for his ingredients, cooking these spoils on-site and in the rough. Despite his current lifestyle, Mark originally took the route of fine dining training, but it was his time spent abroad (and outdoors) that prompted him to open a cafe back home instead. Six restaurants, three cookbooks, and multiple Good Food Guide Chef Hats later, Mark still makes time to discover his next best backcountry ingredient or recipe.

After joining The Boathouse Group in February 2024, Mark will be overseeing all things culinary, rolling out new menus across the entire venue portfolio.
