The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud Bali Celebrates World Baking Day with Special Collaboration

From dough to ooey-gooey goodness!. On May 17, 2024, The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud Bali had a blast learning how to make cinnamon rolls from Chef Yohanes Adhijaya, fermentation expert and founder of Ragi Academy, and The Westin Ubud's head pastry chef, Chef Oky Bagus, to celebrate World Baking Day.

We also had special guests: Chef Una, finalist from MasterChef Indonesia, and Chef Vloven, who owns a famous bakery in Bali, brightening up the class!
