Titled "Symphony of the Mediterranean: a Six-Course Gastronomic Soirée at Uma Cucina,” this first Animale Restaurant Jakarta’s collaboration event is set to take place from November 7th to 9th 2023. The event promises an unforgettable culinary journey led by the esteemed Special Guest Chef Andri Dionysius, the Chef Patron of MDA Restaurants. 

Inspired by the lush landscapes of Ubud and the vibrant flavours of Mediterranean cuisine, this unique collaboration is a testament to culinary artistry at its finest. The event promises an exquisite fusion of flavours, bringing together Uma Cucina's enchanting Italian-inspired ambiance and Animale Restaurant Jakarta's avant-garde approach to dining. Guests will embark on a tantalising journey, indulging in an array of culinary delights meticulously crafted by Chef Andri himself.

Guiding the culinary revolution at MDA Restaurants, Chef Andri's inventive spirit has redefined Jakarta's dining scene, introducing innovative concepts that push the boundaries of gastronomy. Within the realm of MDA Restaurants, a seamless blend of exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and captivating ambiance takes centre stage. Chef Andri's transformative journey has given rise to iconic establishments like Animale, where American cuisine harmoniously dances with Mediterranean influences. From tantalizing hors d'oeuvres to delectable desserts, Chef Andri's culinary prowess will be on full display during this exceptional pop-up event at Uma Cucina. 

The event's highlights include dishes that reflect Chef Andri's trailblazing ideas. Guests can anticipate a culinary journey featuring a snack trio of Foie gras, Frog Legs, and Clam; warms up with Beetroot & Goat as an appertizer; followed with main courses; Mallo + Marrow (Grilled kinmedai, Sardinian Malloredus, Roasted Bone Marrow); “Tur-Duc-En” (all'assassina pasta, turkey, duck, chicken, straciatella) and Tail + Tail (Wagyu chuck tail, Pistachio Hummus, Baharat Jus, Oxtail Shawarma, Tzatziki, Zhoug, Pita), sweeten up with the renowned Oops cheesetart (Camembert, Malto D’Orzo Cheese) – all of which capture the essence of Mediterranean flavours while pushing the boundaries of creativity.
