
DI SINI DI SANA by Rachman & Sons, a soulful new restaurant and living tribute to heritage nestled in the heart of Ubud, proudly presents Primbon Night, an intimate evening where ancestral wisdom, intuitive ritual, and the rich, layered flavours of the Indonesian archipelago come together under the stars of Ubud. Taking place on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM WITA, Primbon Night is a one-night-only experience that invites guests to slow down, reflect, and reconnect through the lens of Javanese cosmology, soulful dining, and meaningful cultural storytelling.
At the heart of the evening is Meiga Prihanto, Cultural Ambassador and intuitive storyteller, who brings to life the sacred art of Primbon, an ancient Javanese system that weaves together astrology, numerology, and ancestral insight. In private 20-minute readings, Meiga offers more than a session. He offers a quiet space to explore life rhythms, personal alignments, and the soft echoes of legacy carried through time.
To accompany this journey inward, DI SINI DI SANA by Rachman & Sons presents a multi-course set menu, inspired by timeless Indonesian dishes and ingredients. Guests will begin with handcrafted jamu cocktails, followed by an array of canapés such as Besengek Spring Roll, Tempe Croquette, and Potato Fritters.
Signature mains include Ayam Besengek, Beef Rendang, Ikan Bakar, and a vegetarian selection featuring Gudeg, Mie Goreng, and Veg Opor. At the live food stations, chefs will prepare Chicken Satay and Gado-Gado fresh to order. The evening concludes with cooling CROT 57 Granitas and beloved desserts like Klepon, Putu Mayang, and Cendol.
All of this unfolds against a backdrop of traditional Javanese music, candlelight, and warm conversation, designed to nourish both body and spirit.

The Primbon Reading is priced at IDR 350,000++ per person for a 20-minute session. The Set Menu Only is IDR 845,000++, while Wine Pairings are available at IDR 485,000++ per person. Guests can also enjoy a Set Menu with Wine Pairings at a special rate of IDR 1,250,000++, or a Set Menu with Primbon Reading at IDR 1,050,000++. For the full experience, the Set Menu with Wine Pairings and Primbon Reading is offered at IDR 1,450,000++.
