Harper Malioboro Yogyakarta presents the latest appetizing innovation with their latest menu, Lasagna Rendang. This menu is a unique combination of Italian deliciousness and authentic Indonesian flavors.

This Lasagna Rendang is the creation of the Executive Chef of Harper Malioboro, who was also inspired to present a new culinary experience for guests. Lasagna is a typical Italian dish famous for its layers of soft pasta, creamy bechamel sauce, and melted cheese, now combined with a low-fat deliciousness rich in spices.

Different from lasagna in general, this rendang lasagna uses typical Minang rendang filling, where the meat is slowly cooked for hours to produce tender meat, and the spices are perfectly absorbed. Then the menu also uses Indonesian spices, so that it presents a distinctive savory, spicy, and slightly sweet taste sensation, blending harmoniously with the softness of the pasta and creamy sauce.
