Thoughtfully curated in collaboration with Chef Dian Andreani, one of Raffles Jakarta’s own culinary talents with a strong expertise in Indonesian cuisine, this special occasion invites guests to gather around a table shaped by stories, memories, and meaningful connection. 

Drawing from her personal journey across the archipelago, Chef Dian’s menu reflects cherished traditions and regional inspirations, bringing together comforting recipes and vibrant flavours that honour the diversity of Nusantara. Each dish is crafted to evoke warmth and familiarity, while offering guests an elevated interpretation of beloved Indonesian classics. 

Created as a tribute to mothers and the moments shared with them, this elegant brunch experience features a generous spread of Indonesian specialities, complemented by interactive live show kitchen highlights and an indulgent selection of handcrafted creations from the Raffles Chocolate Atelier.
