The weekend's culinary highlights include a five-course Wellness Degustation Set Menu Dinner at the renowned Magnolia Restaurant on Friday, September 29th 2023. This unique dining experience will feature a collaborative four-hand menu curated by The Westin Surabaya’s Executive Chef, Hijrah Mustofa Putra, and COMO Shambhala Estate’s Executive Chef, Dewa Wijaya featuring Roasted wild forest portabello mushroom soup with truffle oil cooking cream and parmesan crisp, Aromatic Poached Snapper, Southern Indian inspired tomato and coconut curry, Grilled Beef Sirloin with broccoli, red onion, arugula and mushroom puree, and Soft greentea espuma served with pineapple caramel gourmandies just to name a few.
