Lidwina Shinta Wibisono, commonly known as Chef Wina, is a Top 9 finalist from Master Chef Indonesia Season 10. Chef Wina, who has received culinary education from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, William Angliss, and Latrobe University, is not only passionate about cooking but is also well-known for her love of traveling. Chef Wina serves as the perfect representative for Djaman Doeloe Resto in introducing Nusantara flavors with a modern touch.

This delightful fusion of Lombok and Tegal culinary influences, where Chef Wina hails from, culminates in the dessert, Es Campur Cake, inspired by the traditional mixed ice dessert but reimagined as a modern cake that retains the distinctive Indonesian flavors.
