The Iftar buffet will be held at Kafe Bromo at a special price of Rp 388,000 net per person. For bookings of ten people, guests only need to pay for seven people, multiples apply. This promotion is designed to provide an unforgettable Iftar experience for families and friends.
The Ramadan Bazaar at Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers will feature a variety of authentic Indonesian dishes, ranging from satay, various takjil (snacks), pempek (fish cakes), assorted flavors of fried rice, Nasi Madura (Madura-style rice), Coconut Satay, Sei Sapi - a year-round favorite. Not to forget Middle Eastern dishes such as Nasi Kebuli, Um Ali, or Middle Eastern desserts.

Spiku Kurma: A classic soft cake shaped in a circle, wrapped in banana leaves and topped with dates.
Ketupat Opor: Authentic Indonesian dish complete with Tahu Petis (fermented soybean cake), Sayur Manisa (spiced vegetables), Sambal Goreng Ati Kentang (spicy fried liver and potato) complemented with richly spiced Opor Ayam (chicken stew).
Nasi Kebuli Ayam: Aromatic Middle Eastern rice stirred with spices and served with delicious chicken.
