"Home for Holidays" is the theme of the Christmas program at Four Points Surabaya Tunjungan Plaza this year. As in previous years, the series of Christmas and New Year promotional programs were launched exactly one month before Christmas or on Thanksgiving Day. After collaborating with local chocolate products in 2022, this year, Four Points Surabaya Tunjungan Plaza collaborates with Savas’t Tea. Savas’t is an artisan tea brand based in Surabaya, established since 2020, dedicated to premium tea products processed from domestic tea production. This Christmas gift is named Santa’s Gift, consisting of four types of Black Sesame Matcha and Parmesan Rosemary Cookies, a jar of Honey Truffle, and Almond Berry Chips. It also includes Chocolate Spread and Mr. Snowman – an artisan tea from Savas’t.
According to Birgitta M., Director of Marketing – Complex, Four Points Surabaya Tunjungan Plaza not only offers Christmas gift options but also provides special Christmas food choices such as Rosemary Roasted Chicken, Peking Duck, Grilled Beef, and Roasted Turkey, available starting from IDR 350,000 net. "Roasted Turkey is our flagship product, and we sell it as half a turkey, so besides being more affordable, the portion is also sufficient for a small family," said Birgitta.
Four Points Surabaya Tunjungan Plaza also presents Santa’s Sweet Treats, offering various choices of Christmas cakes, Yule Log, Macaroons, and Dessert Box, starting from IDR 75,000 net. "This option is suitable for those who want to personally share Christmas gifts with their closest friends," continued Birgitta.
Christmas Eve Dinner
Christmas is always synonymous with family gatherings. Therefore, Four Points Surabaya Tunjungan Plaza offers a Christmas Eve buffet dinner promotion on December 24 and 25, starting from IDR 300,000 net/person, and a Christmas set menu at The Lounge starting from IDR 420,000 net/person. A discount of up to 20% is available for early bookings until December 10, 2023.

The 'Four You' room package is exclusively offered to guests in welcoming Christmas and throughout December with family and loved ones. This package includes a three-day, two-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya. With this package, guests can enjoy two buffet breakfasts for two at the hotel's flagship restaurant, Lime Restaurant, which offers a blend of Asian and international flavors in a comfortable atmosphere. In addition, guests also have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious dinner menu at Lime Restaurant. On New Year's Eve, Four Points Surabaya hosts a New Year's Eve party titled "Voyage to The Future," where the lobby will be transformed into a futuristic and neon atmosphere. According to Birgitta, they aim for 100% occupancy and approximately 300 people for the New Year's Eve dinner. "By mid-November, we have had 30% occupancy for New Year's Eve, and this is an improvement from last year." Voyage to The Future features performances by a band, dancers, and Female Percussion as a finale towards midnight. "We will also suggest guests wear white because there will be a laser show, so if it hits white clothing, it will reflect colorful light."
Meanwhile, in 2023, Four Points Surabaya also offers the option of staying in bunk bed rooms. These bunk bed rooms can be booked by first reserving two Suite and Deluxe rooms.
