This campaign allows us to reach more lives and make them more meaningful," expressed Eksi A., Cluster General Manager of Mövenpick Hotel Surabaya City, Mercure Surabaya Manyar, and ibis Surabaya Tidar, opening the Christmas Tree Lighting event on December 4, 2023.
"3.. 2.. 1.." exclaimed the guests simultaneously before the lights around the Christmas tree lit up. This event symbolically marked the beginning of the Christmas and New Year celebrations at the hotel.
The event, attended by Kasih Agape Orphanage and guests from various companies, felt warm and engaging, with the Christmas tree presented uniquely. The hanging Christmas tree adorned with many blue-purple and crystal-themed balls added a special touch.
To enhance the appeal of this celebration, Herman P., Pastry Chef of Mövenpick Hotel Surabaya City, prepared a special dessert called Christmas Galaxy. "This dessert is inspired by the hotel's theme, Starry Sky. We took its blue and purple colors, and there is a crystal dome resembling a planet."
