Located in Jalan Padang Linjong No. 23, VALLE Paddy Club offers a delectable range of healthy and natural Japanese fusion dishes, specially crafted by Executive Chef Koizumi Hiroshi. Hailing from Hokkaido, Japan, the seasoned chef says that the dishes are inspired by the climate and food culture of Bali, in all of its striking natural beauty. “The Japanese fusion in our menu is also symbolic of the acculturation between the washoku (traditional Japanese cuisine) culture as well as my experience in Indonesia,” enthuses Hiroshi, who also highlights the restaurant’s freshly made soba also known as homemade buckwheat noodle as a must-try for guests.
“At VALLE, we aim to bring about a healthy, fun, and beautiful dining experience for our guests with a wide range of fresh and high-quality ingredients. For instance, for our signature soba, we use fresh buckwheat flour imported from Horokanai to ensure a top-tier taste.” Meanwhile, General Manager Vick Leopold notes, “Our goal is to serve customers with excellent service and make them feel comfortable while enjoying their first-class food with impeccable hospitality and mesmerizing environment. Sporting a playful and energetic design inspired by Bali's authentic paddy field landscape, VALLE Paddy Club provides its customers with infinite possibilities for entertainment and wellness at its sun deck lounge area, which stretches out for more than 75 meters, making it one open pool destinations in Canggu, Bali located within a paddy field. Here, customers may bask in the astonishing Bali sunset with maximized open view of the rice paddy field.
