Litania U., the Marketing Communications and Public Relations Manager of MORAZEN Surabaya Hotel revealed, "This is the first Ramadan as MORAZEN Surabaya, and we are very prepared to present an all-you-can-eat buffet at the Palatier Restaurant as an option for Surabaya residents to hold iftar events together."

Presenting the theme "Iftar Delight," where the word delight is interpreted with the dishes served later will be more delicious and satisfying for the guests who come. There are more than 218 types of food and drinks including typical Indonesian, Middle Eastern, oriental, and western dishes.

Executive Chef of MORAZEN Surabaya, affectionately known as Chef Pardi, also explained that the abundance of menu choices presented in previous iftar programs will be maintained and we will increase the number of food types. There are processed menu options of goat, kebabs, Egyptian martabak, various Middle Eastern breads and their various sauces, sushi, udon, katsu, teppanyaki, dim sum, Szechuan beef, pulled noodles, various pastas, and also live cooking such as various pizzas and 1-meter-long beef kofta.

At the press conference, MORAZEN Surabaya's General Manager, Fajar B., explained that the new name of our restaurant now known as Palatier Restaurant can certainly be an answer for our guests who come not only from Surabaya but also from other cities to find a place to break their fast with a wide selection of food.

Beny C., Assistant Food & Beverage Director, also provided information about the packages and offers available. "Iftar Delight will be open on the 2nd day of Ramadan, so after the government decides on the 1st day of Ramadan, we will start this buffet the next day. The early bird price has been offered starting from February 12, 2024, until March 11, 2024, with a price of Rp198,000++/person for the iftar period until March 19, 2024. And starting from March 20, 2024, the price is Rp228,000++/person with a buy 10 get 1 free offer," he explained.
