MORA Group has just acquired H-Boutique Hotel Yogyakarta, a 90-room property strategically located in the heart of Yogyakarta. The hotel has officially changed its name to H-LAMORA Sagan Yogyakarta.
H-LAMORA Sagan Yogyakarta is the eighth unit in MORA Group's portfolio, which continues to strengthen its business expansion in the hotel sector. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was carried out on June 12, 2025, in Yogyakarta, attended by Andhy Irawan as President Director of MORA Group and Ita Halim as President Director of PT. Trimega Makmur Sentosa.
The transformation of H-Boutique into H-LAMORA Sagan marks MORA Group's strategic step to expand its hotel network, which prioritizes quality service, modern design, and authentic values. As part of MORA Group's three-star hotel segment, LAMORA is positioned to meet the needs of urban migrants and young explorers who seek functional comfort without sacrificing class and aesthetic standards.
"We are delighted to welcome H-LAMORA Sagan Yogyakarta into the MORA Group family. The hotel combines educational, cultural, and urban dynamism, offering an excellent foundation to serve a variety of guests, from families and business travelers to international travelers seeking to experience the city's rich cultural heritage. The addition of this property further strengthens our presence in Yogyakarta as a prime destination," explained Andhy Wirawan.
"With MORA Group, we are confident in our future journey together. The alignment of MORA Group's vision and expertise is key to driving the development of H-LAMORA Sagan Yogyakarta and creating sustainable long-term value," added Ita Halim.

This acquisition involves a comprehensive improvement process, including operational system improvements, human resource training, and a gradual revitalization of the hotel's design concept. H-LAMORA Sagan will also be integrated into MORA Group's digital ecosystem, including the MORA Club reservation platform and loyalty program, which are currently being developed as part of the standardization of services across MORA Group's portfolio.
"The addition of H-LAMORA Sagan strengthens our presence as a preferred brand in the modern urban accommodation and tourism segment. Our commitment goes beyond operational excellence to deliver value to guests and property stakeholders. This integration also supports the continuous standardization of operational quality and efficiency across MORA Group's portfolio," said Hengky Tambayong, Director of Operations and Revenue at MORA Group.
This reflects MORA Group's ongoing commitment to achieving growth in strategic cities in Indonesia, while empowering local property owners through professional and vision-oriented management.
