Titled "Michelin Star Dinner: Three Colors, One Table," Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta hosted the Gastronomy Week "Le Goût de France—A Taste of France" for the second time, organized by the Institut Français Indonesia (IFI).

This event brought together the culinary creations of Michelin-starred French Chef Andrée Rosier and the expertise of Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta's culinary team, presenting a harmony of flavors inspired by three colors: blue, white, and red. Blue symbolizes elegance and serenity, embodied through the elegant touch of French cuisine, fine cold techniques, and the delicate art of plating.

White symbolizes purity and foundation, representing the culinary basics that are the soul of every dish. Meanwhile, red symbolizes energy and passion, reflected in the richness of Asian flavors, such as wok techniques and Indonesian spices.

These colors were chosen as a universal language, illustrating how energy, elegance, and harmony unite in a gastronomic experience, this time realized through a fusion of French cuisine, Chinese cuisine, and Indonesian flavors. The event was held at Kayumanis Coffee.
