Garrya Bianti Yogyakarta presents the flavors of Thailand in Refresh All-day Dining with The Master's Plate: Thai Legacy. This event is also a special collaboration between Chef Degan Septoadji and Chef Edy Santoso.
The Master's Plate: Thai Legacy presents a 5-course intimate Thai dining experience, where the two chefs perfectly combine modern culinary techniques and authentic Thai flavors, creating a deep and memorable flavor journey. The meal begins with Larb Gai, a fresh and appetizing amuse-bouche, followed by Yum So O Hoi Shell, a pomelo salad with a touch of delicate scallops.
The hearty Tom Kha Goong is followed by Pla Neung Manao, steamed barramundi with a fresh, sour, and mildly spicy flavor, before the main course, Massaman Nuea. The slow-roasting of short ribs results in incredibly tender meat without losing its natural juices.
A sweet course concluded the special evening, a combination of Tub Tim Grob, Roselle Jelly, Khao Niao Mamuang, and Ai-tim ka-ti.
