Celebrating the month of love, Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is hosting Chocolate Week. Chocolate Week is a special program that invites guests to enjoy two full weeks of delicious chocolates.
Chocolate Week is a collaboration between Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta and Embassy Chocolate, an Indonesian chocolate producer that uses quality Asian and African cocoa beans. During Chocolate Week, Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta presents various creations of special chocolate, including the viral kunafa chocolate bar.
The combination of the crunchy texture of kunafa and the softness of chocolate combined with the crunchiness of pistachios. Kunafa itself is a typical Middle Eastern dessert made from kataifi dough, cheese, and sweet syrup.

At Chocolate Week you can also find artisan chocolate bars with toppings such as whole or sliced almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, and dried orange slices. You can also choose between three chocolate variants; dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate.
There is also a collection of pralines and truffles that offer unique flavors, ranging from ginger, salted caramel, strawberry, banana, turmeric and tamarind, peanuts, to klepon. For a more interactive experience, visitors can also enjoy a chocolate fruit bowl, where pieces of fruit are drizzled with melted chocolate with a variety of topping choices.

This special creation from the pastry chef of Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is available from 10 to 23 February 2025 at the Paseban Lounge, from 09.00 to 23.00 WIB. Visitors can experience this special chocolate with prices starting from IDR 58,000++.
