Archipelago, the largest hotel operator in Southeast Asia, is again carrying out CSR through the Archipelago Cancer Care Initiative (ACCI), which was first held in Yogyakarta. Seven hotels support Archipelago under its auspices, collaborating with the Indonesian Cancer Child Care Foundation (YKAKI).
ACCI was previously successfully held in four major cities: Banjarmasin, Surabaya, Balikpapan, and Jakarta. Archipelago, together with its hotel network, actively supports children fighting cancer at YKAKI through donations and various interactive and entertaining activities.
The joint fundraising with Archipelago hotels will take place from December 27, 2024, to January 29, 2025. The fundraising invites hotel staff and guests to donate.
There is also a Sunday Morning Activity for the public on January 19, 2025, where visitors can buy hotel products, such as food and drinks. All proceeds from the fundraising were donated to YKAKI, in the form of cash, goodie bags containing school supplies, drawing tools, and cutlery.

This foundation also does an amazing job and they depend on external support to continue to be able to make a positive impact. In addition to the donation handover, this year's ACCI Yogyakarta was also filled with various fun activities, such as a magic show by "Om Badut" and games that encouraged children to fight cancer at YKAKI. Children were allowed to be creative in making sandwiches, guided by Executive Chefs from participating Archipelago hotels.
