ARTOTEL Suites Bianti has just opened the "Emerging Echoes" exhibition by Agustan and Firma Summa. This exhibition invites art lovers to examine the role of humans in life through 11 works of art.

With his distinctive characteristics, Agustan presents a painting inspired by sarong dolls, which are toys in his hometown, South Sulawesi. Agustan depicts human life like a doll that is never free, educated by the system since childhood, and even as an adult, still a corporate slave.
This exhibition invites art lovers to examine the role of humans in life through 11 works of art.
Agustan explained that he has a closeness to the Bugis sarong doll. When Agustan left his hometown to study in Yogyakarta, his parents provided him with a sarong.
Likewise, Firma Summa, presents unique characters in its paintings. These characters are also close to Firma Summa's life, because his works are inspired by cartoons to works of art that he often sees on television or comics.
