Guests can choose from a wide selection of freshly caught seafood, including pomfret, red snapper, barramundi, squid, prawns, and various shellfish like green mussels and venus clams. The seafood is grilled to perfection with your choice of sweet or spicy marinades, paired with a variety of signature sambals to elevate the flavors of your dinner.

 

 

In addition to seafood, Angkringan at Hyatt offers a range of other specialties, such as assorted satays, including chicken, chicken skin, lilit, and meatball satay. You’ll also find warm fried snacks, fresh fruit slices, and main courses like kecombrang fried rice, kampung fried rice, Javanese-style boiled noodles, fried noodles, fried kwetiau, and boiled kwetiau.

These mouth-watering dishes are priced at IDR 148,000 net per person (excluding drinks). The Segara Kidul Seafood BBQ takes place every Friday from 16:00 to 22:00 WIB, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed and flavorful evening to wind down your week.
