Yet, we met these amazing ladies who prove that female is also capable to join the game of advancing the hospitality industry, as well as being a reliable and great leader for their respective teams.

Cora Stuart – Keraton at The Plaza, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jakarta

A Singaporean hotelier, Cora Stuart first began her career as an Assistant Tea Room Manager at The Westin Stamford and Westin Plaza in Singapore; to then expand her skills in Sales and Marketing as Convention Sales Manager. In 1997, she took on her first Director of Sales role at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore. Since then, Cora has worked for several Marriott International properties including; The Ritz-Carlton, Boston, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, and Bvlgari Resort Bali, and now at Keraton at The Plaza, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jakarta. With more than 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, Cora has a rich understanding of various markets and hotel development. As well as honed her leadership acumen of various cultures and nationalities.

Lisa P. Sanjoyo has dedicated her professional life for Accor chain of hotels before becoming the General Manager of Mercure Jakarta Cikini. Andi began her career as a staff at the Jakarta Ministry of Tourism overseas market affairs, although at that time she had not graduated from college. His hospitality spirit makes Andi migrate to a career in hospitality. This 2002 Bandung Tourism Academy Alumni began to pursue a career in hospitality after seeing her friend who worked at a hotel. She started from Mercure Hotel & Residence Slipi in 2003 as Sales Secretary to Account Manager. Following her career there, Andi then tried her luck at Aston International Hotels, Resorts, and Residences as a Regional Sales Manager and continued to Aston Rasuna, Grand Whiz Kelapa Gading, and The Grove Suites by Grand Aston Jakarta as Executive Assistant Manager.
