Sangkring Art Space is an open art gallery that was founded by Putu Sutawijaya on May 31, 2007. He built the gallery with the aim to appreciate and uphold art without considering cultural differences or ideology. The gallery is based on the motto “the old are respected, the young are valued, the margins are cared for, and the alternatives are given the opportunity to work together”. This gallery aims and encourages artists to participate in experimenting and trying new things. Sangkring Art Space Gallery has a fairly wide exhibition space with art events that can be done freely. The gallery adopts an open-ended management system and is open to collaborating with outside parties.

Langgeng Art Foundation was established and founded in 2010 through the initiatives of Deddy Irianto, founder and manager Langgeng Gallery, Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. The focus of LAF’s work will be on the provision of opportunities and management of resources with the objective of maximizing and optimizing the creative prowess of Indonesian artists. LAF supports the creation of new artwork and encourages new achievements in the field of art.

Jogja National Museum (JNM) is a contemporary art museum in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Established under Yayasan Yogyakarta Seni Nusantara (YYSN) management, the JNM building complex was first a Former First Indonesia Visual Art School (ASRI-1950) and Faculty of Visual Art and Design (FSRD-1984) which later became Indonesian Institute of the Arts, Yogyakarta. The JNM management’s commitment is to pay its most attention in conserving and developing cultural art, either in local or national level. Indeed, in specification of its orientations, JNM places its interest towards the alternatives of presentation space for every aesthetic achievement of Indonesia contemporary visual art. The consequences of that, JNM carries outthe commitment to develop the discourse of visual art in Indonesia, also to collect and discuss it comprehensively.
