Each savory and sweet delight on the menu is thoughtfully crafted to embody both the strength and grace symbolized by the color pink, paired with an impeccable selection of fine teas. Hosted in the elegant, intimate surroundings of The Drawing Room, this thematic tea ritual offers more than indulgence. It raises awareness for breast cancer, highlighting the importance of healthy living and community support.
From the pastry kitchen, Chef Kevin Lee is set to unveil his latest signature creation, the Choco-Berry Crunch Gateau. This exquisite cake combines a rich Kitkat base with layers of luscious strawberry jam, fresh strawberry slices, and decadent chocolate ganache. Topped with smooth chocolate Chantilly and adorned with fresh strawberries, this dessert strikes the perfect balance between texture and flavor. To mark its debut, Chef Kevin will personally present the cake at Rosé Gourmand Deli from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, offering guests an exclusive tasting experience.
Special wellness event on October 12th, 2024, The St. Regis Jakarta welcomes guests to a Saturday wellness by featuring a Sunset Yoga session led by Michelle Pudjiadi, supported by alo in the tranquil setting of The Garden.
