Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is an international fellowship that welcomes members seeking recovery from alcoholism. In Bali, AA holds regular meetings in Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur, Lovina, and Nusa Dua, offering a safe and confidential space for members to share their experiences, strength, and hope. The only requirement for joining AA is a desire to stop drinking. The meetings follow the traditional 12-step program, focusing on staying sober and helping others achieve sobriety. There are no dues or fees for membership; AA is self-supporting through voluntary contributions. The organization is not aligned with any religious, political, or other affiliations, maintaining a neutral stance while providing support to those in recovery.
