The launch of ‘Ascott Cares’ in July 2020 establishes a stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards, one of which is the implementation of a self-check-in kiosks in YELLO Hotels as part of the digital solutions to minimize contacts while providing added convenience and safety to guests. Amid the current unprecedented global situation, TAUZIA Hotels continues to grow its network in Asia. In 2020, the hotel management network has secured contracts for seven new properties with over 1,200 rooms in Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung, Batam, and Phu Nhuan in Vietnam. With the addition of these new properties, TAUZIA Hotels now represent more than 20,500 rooms across its 133 hotels and six brands. This year, TAUZIA has opened properties in Bangka and Makassar, and marks its initial presence in the Papua Province with the opening of FOX Hotel Jayapura Papua. The hotel network will also open the HARRIS Hotel Puri Mansion in October 2020 as well as Pesona Alam Garden View, YELLO Hotel Kuta Beach, and YELLO Hotel Jambi in 2021.
