MORA Club, the loyalty application developed by MORA Group, introduces an attractive opportunity for travelers to enjoy greater value when planning their stays. Through direct bookings across all MORA Group hotel units, MORA Club members can receive room discounts of up to 30 percent, complemented by Food and Beverage discounts of up to 20 percent and additional benefits tailored to each membership tier.

The offer is part of the Early Bird Discount program, which allows members to secure savings of up to 30 percent for reservations made between 15 January and 31 March 2026. Registration for MORA Club is open at any time and can be completed through the MORA Club application, available on both the App Store and Google Play Store, making access simple and convenient for new and returning guests.

This program applies to all hotels under the MORA Group portfolio, including MORAZEN Surabaya, MORAZEN Yogyakarta, Grand Qin Banjarbaru, LAMORA Kota Lama Surabaya, and LAMORA Sagan Yogyakarta. Expanding its hospitality presence in 2026, MORA Group is also preparing to welcome two new properties, HEMORA Lereng Senja Ciwidey and HEMORA Palu, both of which will be fully integrated into the MORA Club ecosystem, allowing members to enjoy consistent benefits across current and upcoming destinations.


Beyond room and dining discounts, MORA Club operates through a tiered membership system consisting of Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite levels. Membership tiers are determined by the number of nights stayed, with each level offering increasingly enhanced privileges. Entry-level members enjoy exclusive room discounts, Food and Beverage savings, and laundry service benefits. As members progress to higher tiers, they gain access to additional services such as spa and massage discounts as well as airport shuttle benefits.

At the upper membership levels, guests are rewarded with premium privileges designed to elevate their stay experience. These include priority check-in, complimentary early check-in and late check-out, room upgrades, breakfast for two, and personalized VIP treatment, all subject to availability and individual hotel terms. The structure is designed to reward loyalty while maintaining flexibility and transparency for guests.
