The event, designed to celebrate the success, strength, and remarkable contributions of these women, took place on Friday, March 8, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Uppercut Steakhouse. It commenced with a sharing session by Arumi B., sharing her experiences as the chairwoman of TP PKK, empowering women to participate in Indonesia's development. This was followed by Dini C., who began globalizing Indonesian coffee since 2013. Tanamera, developed by Dini, has received 51 international coffee awards, including the Champion International Roaster award at the Melbourne International Coffee Expo in 2015 and 2016.
The event, attended by 50 invitees comprising female leaders from various sectors, including consulates, banking, corporate, and mass media, demonstrated high enthusiasm. The agenda continued with a kitchen takeover by Chef Sabrina A., known for her professional reputation, supported by Luizza T., as the wine sommelier. Together, they presented a meticulously curated 5-course set menu, starting with sweet seabream carpaccio paired with Torresella Refosco wine, followed by zucchini flower tempura with Torresella Pinot Grigio, continuing with miso Camembert cappellaci paired with Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio, white fish paired with Santa Margherita Chianti Classico, and concluding with mango marmalade served with Torresella Merlot.
