After a successful collaboration with Surabaya’s Department of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Tourism (Disbudporapar), the hotel became the first property to utilize the Surabaya Sightseeing City Tour (SSCT) Bus exclusively for its staying guests. This initiative is part of the hotel’s ongoing mission to promote Surabaya’s tourism scene to both domestic and international visitors.

For those looking to indulge in a little retail therapy, the Surabaya Shopping Festival runs the entire month of May at Tunjungan Plaza, which is directly connected to the hotel. On May 11, 2025, the hotel will once again offer its guests the chance to hop aboard the Surabaya Sightseeing City Tour Bus and explore the city's iconic landmarks from the comfort of a panoramic bus. Adding to the excitement, Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya is also hosting a special exhibit of the Nala Ares prototype, a remarkable ship designed by the Barunastra team from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), winners of the 2025 International Roboboat Competition. This prototype is proudly displayed in the hotel’s main lobby throughout May, inviting visitors to witness Indonesian innovation up close.
