Fintax (PT. Fintek Integrasi Digital) as one of the official Tax Application Service Providers (Penyedia Jasa Aplikasi Perpajakan or PJAP) registered and under supervision by the Directorate General of Taxes (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak or DJP) of the Republic of Indonesia, through application was successfully managed to record a positive growth throughout 2020. It was not an easy step to launch an application product in midst of the global pandemic COVID-19. However, since was launched on 14th July 2020, has reached more than 3322 users from 2540 registered business entities in Indonesia. This achievement has contributed to a positive impact on state tax revenue. has recorded more than 14025 transactions with a nominal managed tax of more than 22.6 billion Rupiah in the year of 2020. was first initiated by the founders of Fintax, namely Rayhan Gautama, Co-founder & CEO;  Jefriansyah Hertikawan, Co-founder & CTOandFadil Moestar, Co-founder & CPO based on a common reason to provide the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector with tax inclusion platform. This background was also based on the information conveyed by the Director-General Taxes, Suryo Utomo, that by early this year of 2020, from approximately a total of 60 million SMEs in Indonesia, only about 2 million have paid their taxes. This is partly due to the lack of socialization to the SMEs on the easy access and convenience to pay their tax online and efficiently through a user-friendly application.

Firstly, because the tax compliance online system owned by the DJP is seen as less user friendly and secondly due to lacking socialization to the SMEs owners.” as mentioned by Fintax CEO & Co-Founder, Rayham Gautama. come along as the preeminent application which provides solution and convenience for SMEs tax reporting purposes, including billing code generation services for tax payment needs and a user-friendly Tax Return (SPT) reporting service. In addition, Fintax is actively providing socialization and reaching out to the SMEs sector to promote this ease of tax administration.

Going forward in 2021, with more focus on features and services development, plans to expand its services to better assist users with tax calculations. New features such as e-Faktur end-to-end and e-Bupot tax related with PPh 23/26 administration, which process proof of withholding and tax reporting in electronic documents.

About is a tax inclusion platform owned by Fintax (PT. Fintek Integrasi Digital). The application was launched to coincide with the National Tax Day on 14th July 2020. As a tax inclusion platform, offers various user-friendly features for SME users, including e-Filing to report Annual Tax Return (SPT) and e-Billing to create ID Billing which is used in tax deposits, through bank tellers, ATMs, perception bank e-banking or post offices.
