Here are the best things to do in Changi Airport if your ideal pastime is not sitting still.

Who says time at the airport can’t be entertaining? Head to Terminal 3's in-house cinema, open 24/7, for complimentary screenings of the latest blockbusters, family favourites, and everything in between. With a constantly refreshed lineup and cosy 50-seat setup, it’s the perfect place to kick back between flights. Be sure not to visit the cinema on Thursdays as weekly maintenance occurs from 11 AM to 4 PM.

Climbers must be at least 2 years old, and online bookings are recommended, especially on weekends.

Launched in 2025, Changi’s Fit&Fun Zone in Terminal 2 is a 400-square-metre wellness playground. Lounge in pendulum chairs under digital skies in the green zone, release stress in the orange zone’s soft-punch area, or explore light-and-sound interactions in the pink and yellow zones. Cap it off by navigating the blue zone’s rope maze designed to test agility and balance.

Immerse yourself at Changi Experience Studio

Located on Level 4 of Jewel, the Changi Experience Studio is an interactive haven where tech meets storytelling. With over 20 digital zones, guests can race a virtual plane, compose music by walking through digital gardens, and dive into the airport’s fascinating history through games and immersive exhibits. Opening hours are from  11 AM to 8 PM (weekdays) and 10 AM to 8 PM (weekends).

Marvel at the Rain Vortex

At the heart of Jewel, the HSBC Rain Vortex is Changi’s showstopper: the world’s tallest indoor waterfall. Cascading seven storeys through a glass dome, it's a visual spectacle by day and a symphony of colour and sound by night during the Light and Music Showcase, held nightly at 8 PM and 9 PM (plus 10 PM on weekends and holidays).
