The Ascott Limited (Ascott), a wholly-owned lodging business unit by CapitaLand Investment, announced the opening of its three new properties in Jakarta, Bandung, and Yogyakarta under the Kimaya name affiliated with the HARRIS brand. The addition of this new property will strengthen Ascott’s position as one of the largest international owners and operators in Indonesia for hotels and serviced residences. The three hotels are expected to become a top choice for travelers, whether for leisure or business.

Kimaya’s name is taken from Sanskrit wording which means “divine.” The phoenix bird inspires the Kimaya logo itself; as a symbol of strength, transformation, and renewal. Like phoenix birds, with the hope that Kimaya can fly, soar high and be successful in the future.
