As directed by the government, hotel staff from now on will always wear hand gloves and protective masks when interacting with guests. Our receptionists and iconic Ladies in Red look forward to welcoming you, and guiding you through an adjusted check-in procedure. Meanwhile, hand sanitizers are provided in the lobby for your convenience and 1.5-metre physical distancing markers are implemented to help you avoid physical contact with other guests. All pens and key cards are disinfected after each use, and our front office team provides all necessary information before completing the process, to ensure that you are able to enjoy your stay.
At check-in, you are offered the possibility of choosing the new ‘Do Not Enter My Room’ option, which means that while all services remain available, our employees will not enter your room during your stay unless you express a wish to have your room serviced. Room-service deliveries, luggage assistance and other services will take place in front of your room.

The procedure of course is not limited to guest services, but also applies to back of house parts such as employee facilities. To limit the number of employees who are resting at the same time, canteen service hours for example will be extended, several tables and chairs will be blocked to provide space and food boxes can be offered as alternatives for consumption at the office desk.
