Since Monday this week, Grand Hyatt Jakarta lights up the exterior of the building with heart-shaped lights to show appreciation and support for all the “front liners” tirelessly fighting the Coronavirus.

The Hotel created the heart-shape by switching on lights in numerous guest rooms across six floors on the front and side of the exterior. The heart-shaped lights can be seen from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM every day until the end of April 2020 from the Bundaran HI, Kebon Kacang and Jalan Thamrin.

“Just a little something from all of us at Grand Hyatt Jakarta, our way to say thank you to those heroes that are working hard to fight the COVID-19 pandemic and safe so many lives. We hope the glowing hearts will inspire hope and strength through a simple, yet powerful, visual communication,” said Peter Stettler, General Manager Grand Hyatt Jakarta. “In times of darkness, let there be light,” added Peter.
