The Westin Jakarta, part of Marriott International Inc. is delighted to announce “Korean Feast”, a culinary promotion taking part at its signature all-day dining restaurant, Seasonal Tastes starting from 4th to 14th October 2018. “Korean Feast” is the hotel’s second Korean food promotion, following a successful previous one in March 2017.
Marking the opening of Korean Feast by the Ambassador of The Republic of Korea to Indonesia, H.E. Mr. Kim Chang Beom, the ceremony started with a “Gayagum” show, a traditional Korean musical instrument and “Jinju Gyobangmu” dance performance.
During the ceremony, guest Chef Jeong Woo Heo from Sheraton Grand Incheon hotel was also introduced to the guest, whom then further explained the special dishes that he prepares during the promotion. Some of the dishes are Seaweed Soup with Beef (sogogi miyukguk), Braised Mackerel (kkongchi jorim), Pickled Onion (yangpa jangajji), Stir-fried Rice Cake with Soy Sauce (gungjung topoki), and Kimchi.
“Korean Feast” is available every day from 4th to 14th October 2018 at Seasonal Tastes with prices as follows:
