To make it more special, Bali’s renowned Sababay Winery is chosen for the wine pairing for every plate served.
Serving the best modern take of pasta and for a precaution, most of them are spicy, be sure to order Ayam Katsoe and Petai Balado Fetuccine paired with Moscato d’Bali as they elevate your sense with freshly hot and spicy zest. The signature taste of rendang can be relished on Rendang Spaghetti paired with Sababay Reserve Red. The succulent 6-hour braised rendang is an example of the earnest passion put in combined with quality meat.
There’s also Salmon Sambal Roa Spaghetti paired with Moscarosa. Imagine homemade sambal cooked with spaghetti, grated smoked fish and a wholesome of salmon, expect the tangy and spicy sensations all in one bite.
Each special dish of “Warisan Rakjat” is priced at IDR 79.000++ and you can add Sababay Wine on every course for IDR 59.000++. The special dinner event will also be held on 30th November 2019, the price will be at IDR 399.000++ per person where guests can taste a 5-course menu with wine pairing and wine knowledge from Sababay Winery.
