Italian food connoisseurs may already know the renowned Alba Ristorante in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta. ALBAGROUP’s first restaurant is known for its authentic Italian flavors. Gaining huge popularity in the PIK area, now ALBAGROUP opened a new baby in the center of Jakarta under the name Casa Alba Ristorante.
Located on Surabaya Street, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Casa Alba Ristorante is a venue aimed slightly more towards high-end diners. It offers an Italian-style fine dining atmosphere with a very homey setting. The intimate setting at home plus the warm atmosphere in the glasshouse area makes Casa Alba Ristorante very comfortable. Helmed by Chef Andreas Felipe Gaibor and Chef Patron Roberto Fiorini, this restaurant features a variety of homemade pastas, artisan napoleta pizzas, hot and cold antipasti (appetizers), grilled meats, seafood, cocktails and coffee with beans brought straight from Sicily.
Overall, Casa Alba Ristorante also has fine-tuned its lunch and dinner menus such as Antipasti (entrées) like the house-made carpaccio di manzo sourced with great ingredients and apportioned generously, now let’s diving into a sea of flavors, Tartare Di Pesci Selvatici Come Ceviche Leggermente Piccante using fresh fish from Lombok, such a perfect starter. And of course there will be pasta, so instead of playing safe with pasta, Chef patron Roberto Fiorini is taking us to the next level of pasta, for instance agnolotti del plin al tartufo nero using fresh black truffle.
Possessing a ‘one of a kind’ Lava-Rock Pizza Oven and top-quality dishes crafted by Italian natives, It’s hard to imagine a fluffier-but-still-crispy, the crust on our Pizzeria are perfectly-charred with fresh ingredients that are ideally ratioed across every slice because Casa Alba aims to elevate the standard of an Authentic Italian Restaurant and bring a high-end dining experience to the guests.
The beefy picks include splurge-worthy favorites, and premium beef cuts with fantastic sides. Dessert play an important part, that’s why Chef Roberto takes it seriously about the choice of desserts, one of our desserts inspired by Chef Roberto’s childhood, his parents were against throwing out leftover pasta and bread, so they re-use the leftover bread by soaking them in milk and creating a much softer version of “bread pudding” and pair with ricotta and orange ice cream bread of memory dessert have a unique taste and the aromas emanating from the kitchen, will prove too much temptation to resist.
What about cocktails? Torch Ginger Splash or Kecombrang cocktail served in highball glass is the crowd’s favorite. Don’t let the name dissuade you: This gorgeously elegant cocktail is an absolute delight and has become one of our best seller cocktails. There’s unique inspiration behind our Smokey Ciccolato that are sure to light your fire. Created by the head bar, Ozy, he said “My inspiration of this cocktail is elegance, not only in beauty but in all its forms because elegance is what makes a person’s beauty, whether in a movement or an act”. And also they have Casa Alba Spritz with a historical story. The spritz has its origins in Veneto, Italy, where prosecco comes from. In the 1950s, the Aperol Spritz (a recipe created by the brothers who owned Aperol) came bursting onto the scene and has been a staple at Italian aperitivo hour ever since.
“ALBAGROUP aims to become the first Italian Restaurant group to offer a variety of restaurant styles across Jakarta,” said Chef Roberto Fiorini, the founder of ALBAGROUP. “We aim to bring a little slice of Italy to Indonesia with an emphasis on authentic and evocative Italian flavors. Whether you want to relax with snacks and a drink, eat lunch with friends and family, or partake in a high-end fine dining experience, ALBAGROUP aims to provide all of this to its valued customers across our establishments.” The ALBAGROUP team have completely dedicated themselves to procuring the finest Italian ingredients which ensure the authentic Italian dining experience that ALBAGROUP brings.
