As part of business strategy in 2021 to strengthen the F&B business of all hotels, Parador Hotels & Resorts has appointed Justin Kam as Corporate Director of Culinary effective in July 2021. This key position will be involved in the culinary management of all restaurants, outlets, and F&B needs for MICE events in all properties, combining his expertise with the business strategy to launch in the market and also adapt Parador’s establishment to meet consumer needs.

Born and raised in Malaysia, Justin has 31 years of culinary experience in International chain hotels such as Equatorial, Parkroyal, Starwood Hotels, Shangri-la Hotels, InterContinental with 2 pre-opening hotels among them in several big cities and countries; Beijing, Chengdu, Indonesia and Cambodia. His specialty comes from fine dining in European, Mediterranean, South East Asia and followed by Chinese cuisine brought him to the opportunity to serve high profile guests and event achievements, such as Chengdu Fortune Global Forum 2013 in Shangri-La Hotel Chengdu, Chinese delegation event of the China President Mr. Xi Jinping at Intercontinental Phnom Penh in 2016 and Korean delegation event of the Korean President Mr. Moon Jae In at Great Duke Hotel Phnom Penh in 2019 where he was an Executive Chef prior to joining Parador.
