Grand Hyatt Jakarta recently has received the ISO 22000:2018 certification from SGS for its food safety management system. This achievement certifies the high-quality service that the five-star hotel provides in the preparation and serving of hot food, cold food, pastry, bakery, bar, room service, and takeaway products.

“This ISO 22000:2018 certification recognizes our high standards in servicing our guests, especially for food and beverages. This includes not only the facilities at the hotel but also the staff’s service and readiness,” said Martha Marpaung, the Hygiene Manager at Grand Hyatt Jakarta.

In addition to the ISO standard, Grand Hyatt Jakarta has also obtained a gold accreditation from Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), a global institution that focuses on cleanliness, hygiene, and prevention of contagious diseases.
