The lovely taste of the sea is enhanced by the cheese sauce in this simple dish. The oyster is fresh and smells really delicious.
Beef Tenderloin Wellington with Red Wine Sauce
Different from your ordinary wellington, this one is a little bit moister because of its fillings. The fillings are made from chopped Portobello and shitake mushroom and layered with nori to separate it from the tender meat. The dish is very juicy and comforting.
Barramundi with White Bean Puree
Our personal favorite, the barramundi fish is cooked perfectly that it still tastes fresh and full of flavor. The combination of the sauce gives you a playful note that keeps you wanting for more.
Cider Brined Turkey served with Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce
The feast won’t be complete without this Turkey dish. It features the classic of savory and sweet taste that is both comforting and playful.

Christmas Choir will provide live entertainment Christmas Eve, 24th December, while Santa Claus appearance and kid’s activity will be available on Christmas Day Brunch, 25th December.
