Taking inspiration from around the globe, but rooted in his Italian pastry making methods, Chef Lorenzo has created a stunning menu of eight signature cakes at La Patisserie – ideal for gifting, celebrations and as decadent treats for oneself or loved ones.

Two all-time favourites are Amélie – a tropical medley of fluffy cocoa sponge cake, orange and jasmin- infused chocolate mousse, crunchy cereal and Cointreau; and Enrica, which takes its inspiration from the beauty of butterflies and delivers freshness and excitement by bringing together white chocolate and mixed berries.

A much-awaited and immensely popular seasonal sensation is Mango Mimosa. This splendid sunshine-yellow cake is only on offer for a limited time in July, when the magnificent king of fruits is freshly available from the orchards of East Java.

Since no pastry list is complete without that sinful dark elixir that is chocolate, the team has created 360° Chocolate – an ode to all things cocoa, with dark chocolate sponge cake, dark chocolate crémeux and dark chocolate mousse, with just a hint of hazelnut feuillette.
