Indulge in the sublime French culinary flair every Saturday features the authentic French cheeses, a grilled meats and seafood sections, various live carving stations, selections of French pâtisserie and a wonderful desserts corner. Boullabaisse, Escargots, Foie Grass station, Magret a l’orange, Crepe Suzette and Chocolate Souffle are available to satisfy your taste buds. It wouldn’t be a French feast without some fine wines and bubbles to toast to the occasion, so the brunch offers additional drinks that include champagne, and a premium selections of French wine.

On Sundays, Sugar & Spice brings the brunch to its original roots, The Classic Brunch. Guests may find themselves sipping Bloody Mary or Mimosa paired with fluffy Belgian Waffles, Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon, Lobster Thermidor, homemade Dim Sum or our Seafood on ice. Pursue with tender Beef Wellington, our signature BLT Soup or Vol au Vent á La Reine with Black Truffle. Don’t miss out on Chocolate Moelluex and Live Pavlova station. Presented in “New Normal” way and following the recommendation of WHO and the government regulations, we have a new setup of safe distancing with stringent safety and hygiene measures being adhere to for the protection of our guests and colleagues.

Here is a limited amount of seats available, ensuring that each guest has at least 5 square meters of space, digital menu and a protective face mask and gloves are required for the culinary team and bartender and guests are also expected to follow a physical distancing lines rule that relates to several areas inside the restaurant. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, the chefs will be on standby at every buffet station and fill up your plate properly.

Moreover, for your safety and well-being, tables and chairs are cleaned and disinfected after use, all tableware and glassware are exchanged and the cashier and point-of-sale terminals are regularly cleaned.
