Pastry Chef Anom has created an inspired assortment of exceptional desserts, from the likes of Cho-coffee légère tart & freshly baked berries Madeline to Pinacoco cube, classic PBJ’s Cake, an indulgent Foie gras & raspberry Macaroon, to delicious Brioche, Multigrain grissini with smoked salmon & capers creams, alongside freshly baked Berries Madeline & buttery home-baked scones. To sweeten the experience, pair these treats perfectly with Coffee or Raffles custom-blended Tea.
