Poolside Restaurant, next to the salt chlorinated swimming pool, is a favorite among guests who prefer comfort food and a relaxed alfresco setting. From 1 7 21 November 2021, it plays host to Cuca Bali’s signature Gastro Tours that will present an exquisite dining experience.

Currently running in its sixth year, the Gastro Tours program celebrates inventive gastronomic delights and collaborations at exceptional venues across Asia Pacific. At this special event in Jakarta Cuca will highlight its classiest and best selling recipes including fish tartare and beef bone marrow. The first one revisits the classic steak tartare with a Bali twist by incorporating fresh fish, shredded coconut, spicy local sambal and delicate scales of cucumber The latter beef bone marrow, is caveman comfort food based on the memory of Taipei’s caramelized delicious meat oozing over perfectly cooked rice. There will also be other signature dishes and a few new sweets alongside star dessert Bali breakfast

Guests may expect fragrant dishes bursting with flavours and the use of 100 percent premium natural products sourced from across Indonesia. All dishes are wonderfully orchestrated by Cuca’s Chef Kevin Cherkas, who previously worked in New York and Spain including at the three Michelin starred El Bulli.

The Cuca Bali’s Gastro Tours at Poolside Restaurant is available for dinner from 17 20 November and for brunch on 21 November 2021 The extensive menu is priced at IDR 550,000 per person.
