This distinctive and delicate cuisine will serve fresh ingredients including high quality meats, chicken, fish, prawns as well as vegetables. A New protocol for health and safety is implemented to enjoy this delightful menus, guest can access menu via online to pick or add the items base on their preference.
Executive Chef Tomoaki Ito prepares an authentic Japanese experience with a multi-course lunch and dinner as well as the unlimited shabu shabu to be served at weekend starting from IDR 322,000++. On weekend, guest can enjoy the menu with minimum two persons, and as for popular demand, the Yoshi Izakaya shabu sahbu is also available on weekdays with a day prior reservation and minimum four persons to dine in.
Traditional Japanese Shabu Shabu hot pot has broth flavored options including beef stock, chicken stock and the savory bonito stocks, recommended for the seafood lovers. A variety of succulent fresh chicken and seafood and US Beef are available for the guests’ selection. In addition to the hot pots, a wide range of the freshest appetizers including assorted sashimi, assorted sushi roll, garden salad bar, tamagoyaki, chawan mushi and yakitori and many more are ready to increase diners’ satisfaction on their appetite. Shabu experience is available every Saturday and Sunday (on weekdays base on booking) from 11.00 – 8.00 pm at IDR 322,000++ per person.
