Available at IDR 739,000++ per person, Saturday Brunch at Lyon is a “must” try for diners in  town. Offering a semi-buffet concept, Lyon invites guests to enjoy as many dishes as they wish  from the a la carte menu featuring Foie Gras, Truffle Mushroom Risotto, Lobster Scramble Egg,  Steak Au Poivre, Seafood Bouillabaisse, Chicken Roulade as well as various premium buffet  offerings such as Steak Tartare, Baked Oyster Rockefeller-Style, Paella Valenciana, Seafood  Colosseum with Alaskan King Crab and Rock Lobster as the highlight; Carvery, Salad Bar and  many more.

A treat for cheese aficionado, Saturday Brunch at Lyon also offers a room where guests can  explore a selection Cheeses, Charcuterie and Delicatessen ranging from Jamón Ibérico de  Belotta, Prosciutto di Parma, salami Milano complemented with selected imported artisan  cheese such as Tomme de savoie, AOC Comte, Pasteurized Manchego, St. Maure Goat Cheese,  Gruyère accompanied with grapes, dried fruits, nuts and crackers.

To end the meal, guests are welcomed to choose from three tantalizing desserts including The  Profiterole Au Chocolate, a luscious mix of vanilla gelato, caramelized almond and Valrhona  vegan chocolate; Apple and Juniper Tarte Tatin, sweet and refreshing caramelized apple with  juniper berries in puff pastry topped with rum raisin gela to, last but not least the classic Mille  Feuille, a three layers sour dough crust filled with Crème diplomate and raspberry.

With two elegant and unique private dining rooms, Lyon offers the perfect setting for intimate  celebrations or company gathering. The restaurant opens every Tuesday to Saturday, for lunch  from 12 to 3 pm, for dinner from 6 to 10pm and Saturday brunch starts from 11:30 to 3 pm.
