Inspired by the timeless beauty of the peony, The Langham Mid-Autumn Mooncake Collection celebrates the flower as a cherished symbol of prosperity, happiness and grace. This year's collection features four flavours:
White Lotus with Single Yolk — A timeless Cantonese classic featuring smooth lotus seed paste complemented by a rich salted egg yolk.
White Lotus with Double Yolk — An indulgent interpretation of the classic, offering a richer balance of sweet lotus and savoury double yolks that symbolise abundance and prosperity. Red Bean Tangerine with Tangerine Filling — Delicate red bean paste layered with fragrant tangerine for a refreshing citrus finish.
Green Tea with Rose Raspberry Pecan — A contemporary creation combining earthy green tea, floral rose, vibrant raspberry, and crunchy pecans for an elegant harmony of flavours.
