Accor presents Culinary Journey, a program that is held throughout the year and displays a variety of unique dishes and cuisine processed by culinary teams in more than 120 restaurants in Accor hotels in Indonesia.
Garth Simmons, Chief Operating Officer, Accor Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and South Asia said, “We are pleased to invite food lovers and guests to enjoy international cuisine and authentic local flavors from the 7 destinations we choose, namely Central Java, West Java, East Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali, and Lombok. Seven culinary teams will serve their own regional specialties so that guests staying at our hotels can enjoy it with family, colleagues, and friends.”
Another interesting thing about this program is that guests can participate actively through social media by displaying photos of their favorite food at the hotel by using hashtag #accorfoodstory #accorculinaryjourney. The hotel culinary teams will also share their stories via social media with the #accorchefdiary hashtag.
